What is Rockaoke

Rockaoke is karaoke with a live band, giving you a no-holds barred experience of performing on stage. Choose your song, grab the mic and sing your heart out with a full 5 piece bank backing you up. Take in the adoration of the packed out audience as they sing along with you and enjoy the moment. Live out your rockstar fantasy, with no limits (apart from no mic drops or stage diving!)

We have a large selection of Rock, pop, indie and classic anthems for you to choose from, there’s a song for everyone. Don’t worry if you don’t have any singing experience, it’s all about the enthusiasm, our crowd will help you out if you miss a word or skip a beat. Everyone was born to perform and this is your stage.

How to Book Your Rockaoke Performance

Step 1: Choose your event date. Rockaoke runs every last Friday of the month at The Star of Kings in Kings Cross in Londom from 7pm – 11pm. 

Step 2: Get your FREE tickets, they’re limited so make sure you get them early. Book your tickets here

Step 3: Sign up for a slot on the night—They’re is limited availability, everyone should get to sing with the live band, just don’t arrive too late!

Step 4: Pick your song from the live band setlist on the night.

Step 5: Take the stage and rock out!

Not quite ready for karaoke with a full live band or can’t make the date, then head to one of our free open mic events. We currently have events on Thursday, Friday and Saturday in Liverpool Street or every Friday in Shoreditch. Do I need to book in advance? Yes! Tickets often sell out in advance, so book early to guarantee your place. Tickets available here

Can I sing with friends? Absolutely, duets and group performances are welcome!

Do I need singing experience? Not at all! Rockaoke is about fun, not perfection.

What if I don’t know the lyrics? Don’t worry, all the lyrics will be displayed on a screen and the audience will always help you out
